We ship exclusively with USPS.


How long will it take to ship my order?

Please allow 2-3 business days to receive a shipping confirmation via email, which will include a tracking number. Preorder items will not ship until after they have been produced.


Do you offer expedited shipping?

We only offer standard shipping at the moment.


Do you ship to my country?

Yes, we ship internationally from the United States of America.


It's been a long time and my order hasn't arrived, what should I do?

Check the tracking number for your package and see where at was last and when it is expected to arrive. If that doesn't help, contact USPS or email flavorbrandla@gmail.com.


My order arrived with damaged items, what should I do?

Returns & Exchanges FAQ


Can I return something I bought on the website or at an event?

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase and provide shipping labels for domestic return packages. Once we receive the package, we will issue a refund for only the cost of items returned. International customers must arrange their own return shipping, but we can refund the cost of their labels. Please email us at flavorbrandla@gmail.com if you wish to return any items.


I bought the wrong size t-shirt, can I make an exchange?

Of course! We accept exchanges within 30 days of purchase and provide shipping labels for domestic return packages. Preorder FAQ


How often do presales happen and how long do they last?

We have a new presale every other month of the year, which last from the first day of the given month to the last day.


How long will it take to receive my preordered items?

After the presale ends, we start production, which can last 1 to 4 months. Once production is finished and we have everything that your package comes with, we will ship out your order ASAP. International customers who purchase in-stock items with preorder items will receive everything in one package once all preorder items are produced.



T-Shirt Club FAQ


What is the T-Shirt Club?

The Flavor Brand T-Shirt Club is a monthly package subscription that saves you money by buying t-shirts in bulk. For every month you subscribe to, you can get a t-shirt or other apparel for $10 off, and you will also receive two extra items for free in each package!


How does the subscription work?

After purchasing a subscription, you will be able to place an order for any product in the T-Shirt Club category, including any apparel that are part of our bi-monthly presales (which will be labeled as T-Shirt of the Month), by using a unique discount code, received via email. This code will take $32 off your entire order, so only the cost of shipping and tax will be applied to the order, as well as the difference if the items you purchase are worth more than $32. If you purchase an in-stock item, it will ship with 2 random freebies (an item worth under $10 plus an exclusive sticker). If you purchase a presale item, we will ship it out along with the two freebies that come with it once they are all produced.


Can I purchase the presale freebies by themselves?

The two freebies that come with preorders are an item worth $5-$25, which is available during presales alongside its matching apparel, and an exclusive sticker, which is only available as part of T-Shirt Club subscriptions, and are not sold on the site.


How long will it take to receive my unique discount code after I purchase a subscription?

Please allow up to 24 hours to receive your first code email after purchasing a subscription.


Can I use my unique discount code to buy anything on the site?

The unique discount codes that subscribers receive will only work if there is at least one item from the T-Shirt Club category in your cart, and if the subtotal is at least $32. Your code will only take $32 off the entire order, which is equal to discounting $10 since you paid $22 per code.


Can I use my subscription to buy items that have closed preorders but haven't been produced yet?

Unfortunately, no. Our presales close at the end of the month they happen on. After that point, you will be unable to purchase the items until they have finished production, and the price will be higher than the presale price.


Can I cancel my T-Shirt Club subscription if I have already used it for at least one package?

T-Shirt Club subscriptions are non-refundable, excepting situations where Flavor Brand is no longer able to deliver the full amount of products paid for by the subscriber, or other special circumstances to be evaluated at the sole discretion of Flavor Brand. By purchasing a T-Shirt Club subscription, you agree to these terms.
